I have been a customer of Pack-Timco for over 30 years and I am so happy with this company. Not only are they knowledgeable but friendly, honest and so responsive. I always request Rich for our service maintenance. Rich knows are house, us and our pets. Last week our water heater stopped working and we called Pack-Timco at 11:30pm. We did not know Rich was on duty. Rich came right over.t. He checked everything out , made sure the gas line coming into the house was turned off. He reassured us we were safe and asked me to call the office in the morning. The next day on his lunch hour he called us to see how we were doing, told me he was just checking up on us.
