Our geothermal system was installed by another vendor. We recently hired Pack-Timco under an annual maintenance agreement. When the A/C failed on our main floor, they sent a repair person that day. Jerry was able to trouble-shoot a flaw in the original installation. He discovered that the load was too much for the transformer that was originally installed. During his call, he was able to add a second transformer and things are working perfectly now.
It was time to replace our antiquated HVAC units which where over 24 years old. I got several quotes from several contractors each offering a variety of solutions. I selected Pack-Timco because Glenn Pack, the owner provided the most detailed proposal and demonstrated a real understanding of what my requirements were. He was SIGNIFICANTLY more knowledgable about HVAC than the other gentlemen who provided quotes. It took a little bit of time to get the job scheduled, but once we set the date, he and his crew showed up right on time. Over the course of the 4 day installation, everyone was extremely courteous and professional. They were also very neat, the first thing they did when they arrived was line the path from the door to the work area with plastic and tarps. This was a very big project for us and I couldn't be more pleased with quality of components selected for the job, the workmanship, and the communication provided by Pack-Timco. There guys are real pros.

I was impressed by his diagnostic skills and greatly appreciated his professionalism and enthusiasm regarding his work.
